To visit Eagle Springs:

  • Take U.S. 59 and turn east on Will Clayton Parkway.
  • Proceed 5.6 miles to Eagle Springs®.

 

Eagle Springs is located just over 20 miles north of downtown Houston in the Humble area, 5.6 miles east of Hwy 59.  Many roads lead home to Eagle Springs, including U.S. 59 North, recently expanded to 11 main lanes, including a High Occupancy Vehicle lane. A convenient METRO Park & Ride facility near Eagle Springs provides bus service to downtown Houston, 23 miles away.

Beltway 8 and FM 1960 provide east-west access, with the Beltway serving as a convenient route to East Houston and the Port of Houston complex. The new West Lake Houston Parkway adds another north-south artery.

Often, you can find everything you need just minutes from your front door in Eagle Springs. The Eagle Springs master plan includes 23 acres of on-site shopping amenities which so far include a CVS Pharmacy, a Kids R Kids and Humble Pediatric Associates, in affiliation with Texas Children’s Pediatric Associates.  The Eagle Springs Professional Center is a 26,000 square foot office building located near the corner of Atascocita and Timber Forest.

Because Eagle Springs is nestled amid a thriving, established area, residents enjoy quick and easy access to surrounding stores and services. Several major shopping centers anchored by leading grocery stores are less than three miles away from Eagle Springs at Atascocita Rd. and FM 1960.

Deerbrook Mall, only six miles from Eagle Springs, offers 1.2 million square feet of shopping with five major anchor department stores, a 24-screen cinema, and scores of specialty retailers. The surrounding area has more than 10 additional major shopping centers, such as Deerbrook Commons and Deerbrook Plaza.

From colleges to hospitals, you can find just about everything else located within a quick commute to the surrounding Humble/Northeast Houston area. Bush Intercontinental Airport, nine miles away, is your gateway to the world.

The Humble area is also a popular residential choice for those working in the Port of Houston (the nation’s largest port ranked by total tonnage) and its surrounding commercial complex. The Port is only 21 miles away from Humble and Eagle Springs via Beltway 8.

Memorial Hermann Northeast

Memorial Hermann Northeast is a non-profit, community-oriented acute care hospital with 255 beds. The main hospital campus offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care including a Women’s Center, emergency services, surgical services, intensive care and coronary care. A five-story medical/professional tower is located adjacent to the main hospital. Nine satellite locations offer neighborhood services such as walk-in minor emergency care and radiology.
